Findability and context
Check whether the team can find the current version at the moment they need it. Organizing documents by the process in which they are used can make navigation clearer.
Role-based training
Identify who needs to know about the change and what it changes for each role. Plan the training with examples from the organization’s own context and a channel for questions. Validating the care content is the responsibility of the organization’s clinical leads.
Following up on adoption
After implementation, go back to the floor. Check whether the difficulties are about access, interpretation or execution, and adjust the plan with the owners. This text covers organization and implementation and does not replace clinical references.
