Tervali

Where healthcare, management and technology meet.

Tervali brings together people who know healthcare operations and people who transform processes and build technology. We look for people who like working inside organizations, alongside the teams, until change becomes routine.

How we work

Real projects, inside organizations.

Hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centers with a concrete decision to make. No projects that end in a report.

With the people who do the work.

We listen on the floor, write with the team and test in a small scope before expanding.

Remote, on site when it matters.

Much of the work is remote. We visit when we need to see operations up close.

Open opportunities

One position and three partnership tracks.

Partners work per project as independent contractors, with scope and fees agreed for each engagement.
